Nutella and ice cream…does it get any better. It sure does because you can whip up this bad boy in no time with only 2 ingredients! All of you lucky Californians enjoying this 70 degree “winter” weather can definitely use a delicious ice cream concoction. Even if you’re not California based, you can pretend it’s warm outside and whip up nutella ice cream with a banana and some creativity.
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp nutella
- Thinly slice 1 banana and place in a ziploc bag. Spread the banana slices into a single layer so they freeze faster.
- Freeze the banana for about an hour.
- Place the frozen banana slices in a food processor and grind until you achieve a "sandy" texture.
- Add the nutella and continue working the food processor (use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the processor) until you have smooth, creamy, nutella ice cream! Enjoy immediately.
