{beet the heat smoothie}

Just in time for the fourth of July, this red, white, and blueberry smoothie is delicious and filled with vitamins! Four simple ingredients make this a refreshing way to beat the July heat while staying fit and fabulous. 


Simply blend:

1 banana

1 cooked beet (pssst: you can get them ready cooked from Trader Joe’s)

5 frozen strawberries

1/2 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
