Make your favorite coffee house holiday drink at home without all the added sugar!


2 Cup freshly brewed, strong coffee

1/2 Cup low fat or whole milk

1 tsp powdered stevia

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp ground cinnamon

small mason jar with a tight fitting lid


First, brew a strong pot of your favorite coffee. Then you’ll need a small mason jar with the lid. Fill the jar with milk.

Add 1 tsp powdered stevia, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp ground cinnamon to the milk in the mason jar. Screw the lid on the jar tightly and shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds.

Remove the lid and place the jar with the milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. This will heat the milk and stabilize the foam so you get the coffee house effect in a snap!

Slowly pour some of the flavored milk in with your coffee and use a spoon to scoop some extra, foamy goodness into your drink.
