This recipe was born out of necessity. Like most of you out there, I always started my day with the best intentions. I always planned on eating my veggies like a good girl, but when I started tracking my food I realized that I was never meeting my quota.
I had seen tons of recipes for green drinks but thought I could never make them without a juicer. After much trial and error, I’ve perfected a greens drink that my family and I really enjoy! Watch the video for tips on how to get a “juicy” consistency using a blender!

- 1 orange (peel removed)
- 1 lemon (peel removed)
- 1 Persian cucumber or 1/3 of an English cucumber
- 1 inch fresh ginger (peeled)
- 2 big handfuls spinach or “Power to the Greens” (see photo below)
- at least 2 cups of ice + water
Blend everything until you get a juice consistency. Add more ice and water if desired!
