Life is hard. Living a healthy life can be even harder, unless you have a game plan…well here is your game plan! I’ve put together a simple plan you can print out and follow to a T if you want amazing health and weight loss.

My number one key to success has been planning ahead. Living a healthy life doesn’t have to be difficult, in fact, planning ahead will save you time during your hectic week and ensure that you have healthy eats on hand to stand up to any temptation.

I like to spend a little bit of time every night preparing my breakfast and lunch for the next day. That way I’m ready to go in the morning and I don’t have to waste time figuring out what I’m going to eat…or worse, leaving the house without eating breakfast at all.

Go ahead and print out the PDF…if the items on the plan are not your favorite, feel free to find equal substitutes just keep the following things in mind:

  • make sure it’s natural: read labels and stay away from high fructose corn syrups, partially hydrogenated oils, or any other “chemical-sounding” words that don’t belong in your food or in your body
  • eat your grains earlier in the day…wean yourself down to veggies and protein towards the end of the night
  • each meal should consist of the 2 P’s (protein and produce)
